Psychosomatic complaints 

  • I feel pain and discomfort all over my body, which gets worse when I worry
  • the pain and discomfort feel like twinges and tingling
  • I often have headaches for no apparent reason
  • I often feel nauseous for no apparent reason
  • I often have stiff joints, which sometimes leads to pain
  • my solution(s):
    • every day after getting up, I do exercises
    • I do as many activities as possible that relax me (listening to music, coloring, writing, reading, being outside), so that I feel less pain
    • when I am in motion, it is necessary that I concentrate on each step so that I take my steps firmly and steadily, and therefore without pain
    • for extra support I go to a physiotherapist who is specialized in psychosomatic complaints
