Psychosomatic complaints
- I feel pain and discomfort all over my body, which gets worse when I worry
- the pain and discomfort feel like twinges and tingling
- I often have headaches for no apparent reason
- I often feel nauseous for no apparent reason
- I often have stiff joints, which sometimes leads to pain
- my solution(s):
- every day after getting up, I do exercises
- I do as many activities as possible that relax me (listening to music, coloring, writing, reading, being outside), so that I feel less pain
- when I am in motion, it is necessary that I concentrate on each step so that I take my steps firmly and steadily, and therefore without pain
- for extra support I go to a physiotherapist who is specialized in psychosomatic complaints
