Easily tired

  • As soon as I get back from an appointment, I always have to take time to recover
  • The best thing for me to do is to make no more than two appointments in one day
  • I quickly get tired when it's too crowdy around me
  • I get tired quickly when several people talk at the same time
  • I better not have more than three appointments in one week
  • I often have little energy, which makes a long journey (with various impressions) very tiring for me
  • my solution(s)
    • I provide as much fresh air as possible
    • I eat a lot of foods with iron, such as apple syrup and green vegetables
    • I think about my relaxation and a good balance between rest and activity
    • nowadays I accept it much more that I get tired easily and therefore know better what I can and cannot do
    • sometimes simply coloring in a coloring book is the very best thing I can do to find peace (being in my own domain, possibly with music in the background and making something that I can be proud of, my attention on something completely different from the everyday stuff)
