Sensory sensitivities
- I often don't like it when someone stands very close to me
- I often get itching or irritation from the seams of stockings and labels in clothing
- I have a great need for (personal) freedom of movement, both for my feelings and for my physical body

my solution(s):

I make sure I don't have more than two appointments on one day

I make sure that I can do something to relax after an appointment

I take a break as often as possible (and set an alarm for this so I don't forget)

I feel both feet firmly on the ground as often as possible (and do an exercise if necessary)

I wear bamboo socks, which are nice and soft and have almost no seams
-
I do exercises for relaxation
-
whenever it is necessary for me to be in a busy environment:

I know where the exit is
-
I know where the toilet is
-
I know where there is a tap to rinse my wrists with cold water
