Prone to allergies

  • When I eat food with a lot of histamin, I can get red spots

    in my face, but I can also get itchy around my eyes or my eyes and cheeks can get swollen, and I even can get in shock

  • When I eat or drink a lot something with a lot of Calcium or Cranberry, I can get bladder issues (Cranberry doesn't work for me in the right way, as it is a cure for many people)
  • When I eat or drink something with maltodextrin or dextrose sugar, I easily can get tired and can get dry spots on my skin
  • Various allergy tests showed that I am allergic / hypersensitive to: trees, grasses, pollen, mold, nuts, nickel, chrome, kobalt, latex and histamin
  • my solution(s):

    • because of the histamin and sulphite, and of course my love for animals, I am a vegetarian for several years now

    • I only eat dairy products when it's from cows that live outside a lot

    • I only eat dairy products due to the need of proteins

    • wherever I am and whatever I eat, I always have to know what the ingredients are, so I know that it's safe or not

More about this symptom is to be found in my book for (young) adults

'Find your way with an extra X'

and as a little more easy story in my book

'Step forward with  an extra X'

Here's a picture of me, carrying a lot of bags; just in case I would need anything. Especially during summer and holidays, and certainly during a combination of those two, I will take a lot of stuff with me. A few years ago, when I had a dog (first Romy (on the right) and after she died, I had a dog called Pico), I also took their stuff with me (of course).
