Impaired motor skills

  • Sometimes something in my body suddenly moves on its own
  • I bump into things quickly and always have to make sure there are as few obstacles in my path as possible
  • Sometimes I accidentally touch something on my phone screen with my finger without intending to do so
  • When I am tired or restless, my body often moves a lot
  • I might just trip over my own feet
  • Sometimes I accidentally kick the ankle of my other foot
  • my solution(s):
    • I do exercises to feel my feet firmly on the ground
    • I do exercises to strengthen all my muscles
    • I do exercises to keep my joints flexible
    • I use lightweight crockery and a tray that I can hold comfortably
    • as soon as my hands are cold, I wear gloves without fingertips that keep my hands warm but still allow me to move my fingers freely.
    • coloring in a coloring book helps me to calm down and train my motor skills, allowing me to color within the lines

More about this symptom is to be found in my book for (young) adults

and as a little more easy story in my book
