Emotionally vulnerable / Sensitive to stress

  • I feel sad easily, especially when someone is not nice to me
  • I often find it difficult to deal with negative situations
  • I often feel restless as soon as I wake up
  • I find it difficult to remain in my own strength when there is (too) much happening around me (both positive and negative)
  • my solution(s):
    • when I wake up I think of something nice as quickly as possible
    • I read self-help books to gain more self-confidence and to regain my own peace
    • I do a lot of puzzles and play games on my phone that calm me down
    • I listen to music that calms me down, or sing a song myself
