Emotionally vulnerable / Sensitive to stress
- I feel sad easily, especially when someone is not nice to me
- I often find it difficult to deal with negative situations
- I often feel restless as soon as I wake up
- I find it difficult to remain in my own strength when there is (too) much happening around me (both positive and negative)
- my solution(s):
- when I wake up I think of something nice as quickly as possible
- I read self-help books to gain more self-confidence and to regain my own peace
- I do a lot of puzzles and play games on my phone that calm me down
- I listen to music that calms me down, or sing a song myself
